with the email subject “Request to reset withdrawal password.” Attach a photo of yourself holding your passport or photo ID, with today’s date and your signature clearly written on a piece of paper in the same image. Once verified by the customer support team, you must wait 4 hours before being able to withdraw assets from your account.
