Product Overview

Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity (FUIDL) is a Digitally Native Note issued by Fosun Hani Global Limited under its U.S.$1,000,000,000 Guaranteed Structured Note Programme. FUIDL is a fund-linked tokenised note: all proceeds of the issuance are used to purchase Participant Shares of the BNY U.S. Dollar Liquidity Fund, an AAA-rated USD low-volatility net asset value short-term money market fund. The Note provides investors with economic exposure to the performance of that underlying fund in a digitally native format, combining blockchain-based issuance and settlement with traditional legal enforceability under Hong Kong law. FUIDL is issued in dematerialised registered form and represented by tokens recorded on the blockchain; title is evidenced by the Register maintained by the Token Registrar, of which the Off-Chain Component prevails in the event of any inconsistency. FUIDL is not guaranteed by any guarantor and is not principal protected. It is offered to Professional Investors only.
