Product Overview

STBL is a tokenised senior secured debt security issued by USD MMF Tokenized Note Ltd, a bankruptcy-remote Cayman orphan SPV. The Issuer's obligations are secured by a dynamic portfolio of highly rated USD money market funds and cash managed by Cinda International Asset Management Limited. The product is designed to maintain each note's redemption amount at or close to its US$1.00 denomination, while variable interest derived from non-principal distributions of the collateral, net of costs and fees, is generally paid through in-kind distribution of additional STBL tokens.
