Product Overview

CMBMINT (full name: CMBI USD Money Market Fund Token) is a Depository Token issued by DigiFT Tech (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“DigiFT”), acting as the Issuer and Designated Custodian. Each CMBMINT represents a fractional beneficial interest in the Class R (Accumulation) Shares of the CMBI USD Money Market Fund (a sub-fund of CMB International Open-Ended Fund Company), held by DigiFT on bare trust for the sole benefit of the token holders. CMBMINT is fully backed by the underlying Class R (Accumulation) Shares.
