Product Overview

The WisdomTree Equity Premium Income Digital Fund (WTPIX; token ticker EPXC) is a tokenized SEC‑registered U.S. open-end mutual fund that seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Volos US Large Cap Target 2.5% PutWrite Index. It is the first WisdomTree Digital Fund to use a derivatives-based strategy directly, selling cash-secured put options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) targeting a 2.5% premium while holding U.S. Treasury bills as collateral. The strategy seeks to generate income from option premiums with the potential for lower volatility and smaller drawdowns than the S&P 500 Index; however, upside is capped at the premiums received while the Fund can lose up to the full strike price of the options it sells. Digital representations of Fund shares are recorded on supported public blockchains through an integrated recordkeeping system, while official ownership is maintained in book-entry form by the Fund's transfer agent. The Fund does not invest in cryptocurrencies.
