What is daily withdrawal limit?
Each client is assigned a default daily withdrawal limit for combined fiat and virtual asset withdrawals, which resets at 16:00:00 HKT.
What happens if I want to withdraw more than the limit?
Withdrawals above your limit require special approval, involving a manual review to verify legitimacy. This adds security, safeguarding your assets and ensuring AML compliance. Please note that this process may take longer than a standard withdrawal.
