To comply with regulatory requirements, EX.IO has a strict monitoring system for the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses used for account logins. Generally, the jurisdiction for individual account logins should match the individual’s country of residence, while the jurisdiction for company account logins should match the country where the company is registered or operates. If it is determined that the jurisdiction for an account login is different, EX.IO reserves the right to request the necessary information from the account holder.
Please note that EX.IO currently does not allow the use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) for account logins from other regions.
