Access Restricted When Using Safari

iCloud Private Relay is a privacy feature from Apple that helps protect your web browsing activity when using Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac. To visit the EX.IO website and enjoy the services we offer, you will need to disable this feature before accessing the EX.IO website.

On iPhone or iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top.
3. Tap iCloud.
4. Tap Private Relay (it may appear under the iCloud+ section).
5. Toggle off the Private Relay option.
6. Choose one:
   • Turn off temporarily: Tap Turn Off Until Tomorrow (it will auto-re-enable after approximately 24 hours).
   • Turn off completely: Tap Turn Off Private Relay
7. Confirm if prompted. The toggle will turn gray/off.

On Mac (macOS)

1. Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner.
2. Select System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS).
3. Click your name (Apple ID) in the sidebar (or at the top).
4. Click iCloud.
5. Click Private Relay.
6. Toggle off the Private Relay option.
7. Choose one:
   • Turn off temporarily: Click “Turn Off Until Tomorrow”.
   • Turn off completely: Click “Turn Off Private Relay”.
8. Click Done or confirm.
