What are the requirements for identification documents and proof of address?

Identification documents must be international standard passports or government-issued ID.

  • The document must be within the validity period.
  • It must have a clear and complete barcode.
  • The photo on the document must have clear facial features and outlines.
  • The content of the document needs to be clearly legible.
  • The ID must not have reflective spots, stains, or damage.

Residential/corresponding address proof must be issued within 3 months from the application submission

  • The acceptable documents include utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued documents.
  • The address proof should display the client’s full name matching the submitted ID.
  • The document must reflect the client’s current residence and must be consistent with the address provided.
  • All four corners of the documents should be visible.
  • Address proof must not be tampered with, forged, altered or photoshopped.
