Product Overview

GNIT Global Nexus Income Tokenised LPF is a Hong Kong limited partnership fund offering tokenised Class A Units through ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum. Managed by Golden Continent Asset Management Co., Limited, the Fund primarily invests in diversified traditional financial assets, including cash, bank deposits, government bonds, corporate bonds, listed equities and other securities, with a fixed-income-oriented, risk-controlled long-term return objective. The structure combines active bond portfolio management with a regulated tokenised fund model where the off-chain Official Register prevails over the parallel blockchain register.
