FCCFCT represents tokenised Class T Shares of Fullgoal China Circle Fund, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability and registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a regulated mutual fund under the Mutual Funds Act. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation mainly through investing in Greater China related companies that are expected to benefit from or have exposure to the economic growth of Greater China, adopting a bottom-up stock selection strategy focused on companies with sound governance, competitive advantages in their sub-sectors and high growth potential. Class T Shares are a class of Tokenised Shares recorded on a Parallel Blockchain Register maintained on the Ethereum blockchain in accordance with the ERC-20 token standard, and carry exactly the same rights as non-tokenised Shares.
