About Treasury Bills Institutional Liquidity Ltd (TBILL)   

TBILL is an ERC-20 tokenized product issued by OpenEden, offering investors direct exposure to short-dated US Treasury Bills US T Bills) via the TBILL token. 

Each TBILL token is backed 1:1 by short-dated U.S. T-Bills (along with a small portion of USD), held in segregated accounts by licensed custodians. This ensures transparency, security, and stability, offering investors a reliable way to earn U.S. Treasury yields within the decentralized on-chain ecosystem.

• Eligible User Type: Professional Investors Only 

• Subscription/Redemption Currency: US Dollar (USD) 

• Minimum Subscription/Redemption Amount: 100,000 USD 

• Order Settlement Time: T+1 

• Underlying Asset: Each TBILL token is 1:1 backed by US T-bills held in segregated accounts by licensed custodians. 

• Fee Structure： Transaction Fee: 0.5%； Total Expense Ratio (TER): 0.35% per annum (p.a.) 

Important Notice： 

• Investors can subscribe using USD. Each TBILL token is 1:1 backed by US Treasury Bills, securely held in segregated accounts by licensed custodians such as BNY Mellon. Redemptions typically settle on a T+1 basis.
