We are pleased to announce that EX.IO has officially offered new tokenized private credit fund products – TFCA & TFCD, on our Wealth channel at 14:00 (UTC+8) on May 12, 2026. These products are issued by KN Group and managed by Ivy Pro Limited (SFC licensed for Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities), and are now open for subscription to Professional Investors.
About TFCA & TFCD
TFCA & TFCD are private credit funds focused on emerging markets, with underlying assets consisting of consumer loans in Asian and Latin American markets. The funds utilize AI-driven risk management to achieve stable returns, with affiliates providing 30% junior capital as a safety buffer for enhanced investor protection.
Among them, TFCA is an accumulation-type product. Investors can receive all accumulated distributions and related benefits in a lump sum upon redemption of the product. TFCD, on the other hand, is a distribution-type product, allowing investors to receive monthly distributions after purchasing the product.
