Note: The fee schedule provided below can be found on the official website of EX.IO, and it will be periodically updated in accordance with market conditions. The Company will inform clients about any changes to the fee schedule at least three days prior to the implementation.

1.1 Trading Fee

Note: Trading fee tier operates on a delayed fee calculation and application process, wherein the fee tier is determined by client’s trading activity in a specific calendar month and subsequently applied in the following month. The fee tier is based upon total USD trading volume observed over the trailing 30-day period. Transactions made on books quoted in USD, e.g. BTC-USD, are counted as the total USD amount of each filled order. Transactions made on non-USD books are converted to USD based on the most recent fill price on the respective book. For example, the USD volume of a purchase of 1 ETH on the ETH-BTC book, will be immediately converted based on the most recent fill price on the ETH-USD book.

* With reference to paragraph 5.1 of the SFC Code of Conduct and business decision from TWTL, it is required that clients effectively transfer an initial deposit of at least HK$10,000 (or USD $1,400) from a bank account held in the client’s name with a licensed bank in Hong Kong or a bank supervised by a banking regulator in SFC acceptable jurisdiction for a bank account registration. This transfer should be made to the designated bank account of TWTL or its AE, and it is intended to hold client assets. Clients have the option to designate multiple bank accounts, as long as the verification process through a bank transfer as mentioned above is successfully completed for each designated account.

Note: Withdrawals rates and the arrival time for virtual assets are determined by the blockchain network and can fluctuate due to factors beyond our control, such as network congestion. Please refer to the most recent data listed on each withdrawal page for details.

1.5 Administrative Fee

Note: If a non-EX.IO client accidentally deposits assets to a EX.IO address and asks for a refund, EX.IO will verify the client’s identity and conduct an AML review before automatically returning the assets to the client. A fixed administrative fee will be applied by the exchange for facilitating this procedure, which is converted into USD based on market rate.
