We have received inquiries from the community regarding our potential involvement with a similarly named token.

As of this declaration, neither xWhale nor EX.IO has issued any tokens or other forms of virtual assets. Furthermore, neither entity has been involved in the distribution of virtual assets, either previously or currently.

This declaration serves to clarify xWhale/EX.IO‘s position on token issuance and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
