We are pleased to announce that EX.IO has officially launched the distribution of the new tokenized product, Ondo U.S. Dollar Yield (USDY), on our OTC channel. This product is currently available to Professional Investors (PI) only and accepts subscriptions in USD.

About USDY  

USDY is a tokenized note issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited, a subsidiary of Ondo Finance. It is designed to provide qualified non-U.S. investors with U.S. dollar-denominated yield backed by a portfolio of U.S. Treasuries and bank demand deposits.

According to information provided by the issuer, USDY rewards holders through daily Net Asset Value (NAV) appreciation rather than dividends or rebasing mechanisms. This means the token’s reference price increases daily as interest accrues from the underlying assets. Furthermore, USDY utilizes a bankruptcy-remote legal structure, with underlying assets held by third-party custodians such as Morgan Stanley, and provides daily attestations of reserves to ensure fund security and transparency.
