According to information provided by the issuer, FWIN is a 3-month HKD-denominated tokenized fixed rate note issued by Fosun Hani Global Limited and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Fosun Wealth International Holdings Limited. The product features Fosun International Asset Management Limited as Investment Adviser and Finloop Finance Technology Services Limited as Tokenization Provider and Token Registrar.

FWIN-HKDAP is designed to provide Professional Investors with a short-tenor, on-chain cash-management instrument that combines a contractual fixed yield with credit support from a Hong Kong guarantor within the Fosun group.
