New Product Offering Announcement: WisdomTree Tokenized Open-end Mutual Fund Series Now Available on EX.IO

We are pleased to announce that, effective 8 October 2026, EX.IO has made seven WisdomTree tokenized open-end mutual funds available on RWA Market, and has opened USD subscriptions to professional investors.

According to information provided by the issuer, these products are tokenized open-end mutual funds registered under the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, issued and managed by WisdomTree. Digital records of fund shares are maintained on supported public blockchains through an integrated recordkeeping system, while official ownership is maintained in book-entry form by the fund’s transfer agent. Please note that these funds focus on traditional investments and do not invest in cryptocurrencies.

• SPXUX | WisdomTree 500 Digital Fund 

Risk: Medium 

Seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree 500 Index, offering diversified exposure to the 500 largest publicly listed U.S. companies for investors seeking broad market participation and long-term capital growth.

• TECHX | WisdomTree Technology & Innovation 100 Digital Fund 

Risk: High 

Seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Technology & Innovation 100 Index. The fund invests in the 100 largest companies, by market capitalisation, listed on U.S. exchanges that are principally engaged in technology and innovation, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing and digital transformation.

• EPXC | WisdomTree Equity Premium Income Digital Fund (fund code WTPIX) 

Risk: High 

Seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Volos US Large Cap Target 2.5% PutWrite Index. It is the first WisdomTree digital fund to employ a derivatives strategy directly. The strategy sells cash-secured put options on the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), targeting a 2.5% premium, and holds U.S. Treasury bills as collateral. Upside is capped at the premiums received, and the fund may lose up to the full strike price of the options sold.

• WTSIX | WisdomTree Short-Duration Income Digital Fund 

Risk: Low 

An actively managed, 100% fixed-income fund of funds that invests in a diversified portfolio of WisdomTree bond ETFs, with a preference for short-duration assets to reduce sensitivity to interest-rate movements.

• MODRX | WisdomTree Siegel Moderate Digital Fund 

Risk: Medium 

Drawing on the views of Professor Jeremy Siegel, the fund allocates primarily through exchange-traded funds (a substantial portion of which are WisdomTree ETFs), using a traditional allocation of approximately 60% equities and 40% fixed income.

• LNGVX | WisdomTree Siegel Longevity Digital Fund 

Risk: Medium 

Drawing on the views of Professor Jeremy Siegel, the fund raises the equity allocation (generally between 60% and 80%) to help investors address the financial challenges of longer lifespans and extended retirements, with the remainder invested in fixed income and alternative strategies.

• EQTYX | WisdomTree Siegel Global Equity Digital Fund 

Risk: Medium 

Drawing on the views of Professor Jeremy Siegel, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in global equities across the United States, international markets and emerging markets, with an emphasis on quality stocks that offer higher dividend yields and/or lower valuation ratios.
