New Product Offering Announcement: USDPIF Private Credit Fund Now Available on EX.IO

We are pleased to announce that EX.IO has officially launched the new financial product, MA USD Priority Income Fund (USDPIF), on our RWA & TradFi page. This product is currently available to Professional Investors (PI) only and has not been authorised by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).

About USDPIF 

According to information provided by the issuer, MA USD Priority Income Fund (USDPIF) is an open-ended Australian wholesale unit trust. MA Asset Management Ltd (AFSL 427515) is the trustee and MA Investment Management Pty Ltd is the manager. Both are wholly owned subsidiaries of ASX-listed MA Financial Group (ASX: MAF). The Fund was established on 1 October 2021 and is offered privately to professional investors only.

USDPIF invests by subscribing for priority Class A units in the MA USD Master Credit Trust, which invests principally in the MA Specialty Credit Income Fund, a Delaware interval fund. Investors thereby gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of predominantly USD-denominated global credit, with a focus on the United States, across asset-backed lending, specialty credit and diversified private debt. Investors hold the priority Class A position. MA Financial Group holds a first-loss Class B co-investment — 10% of invested capital for the first US$50 million of Fund size and 5% of each dollar invested thereafter — providing a capital buffer and priority of income and capital to investors.

The Fund aims to pay monthly cash distributions, targeting 1-month SOFR + 3.50% p.a., net of US withholding tax, fees and costs. The unit price is maintained at USD 1.0000, with excess return distributed monthly. According to the issuer, the target return has been delivered every month since inception. To June 2026, the since-inception return was 7.49% p.a. and the one-year return was 7.74%. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
