XGZ pays no interest, dividend or yield. Underlying Assets: Physical gold in 1 kg bars of at least 99.99% fineness, held in the issuer's name with Horsemart Service Limited, Hong Kong. Redemption: Holders who onboard with the issuer and pass its KYC/AML checks may redeem XGZ for whole 1 kg gold bars (1,000 XGZ per bar), subject to a redemption fee of 0.25% of the gold value. Redemption is arranged directly with the issuer; EX.IO does not act as redemption agent. If the issuer becomes insolvent, holders would rank as unsecured creditors. 3. Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or regulations relating to virtual assets may adversely affect XGZ. 4. Redemption and Liquidity Risk: Physical redemption is available only in whole 1 kg bars (1,000 XGZ), requires onboarding with the issuer and is subject to fees.
