- Performance Fee: 25% performance fee on net realized and unrealized gains for each unit’s Net Asset Value (NAV) exceeding its previous high watermark, provided a minimum hurdle rate is achieved
Important Notice
- NAV valuation dates are the 14th calendar day and the last calendar day of each calendar month.
- Subscription Process: Submit a complete set of subscription documents by 4:00 PM (Hong Kong Time) at least 5 business days prior to the relevant subscription date. Complete the full remittance for the subscription by 4:00 PM (Hong Kong Time) at least two (2) business days prior to the relevant subscription date.
- This product has a 12-month lock-up period. A 1% redemption fee will be applied if redemptions are requested within the lock-up period.
