We are seeking a highly motivated Risk Control Officer to join our Risk Management team. This is ideal for someone with a strong interest in cryptocurrencies and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational risks that could impact the exchange’s efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks, including both financial and non-financial risks.
Monitor and analyze operations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the exchange’s processes and systems.
Assist in evaluating risks related to our products and services, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., IT, Compliance, Operations) to ensure risk mitigation strategies are integrated into daily operations.
Assist in conducting regular risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Prepare and present risk reports to the Risk Management team and senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Participate in the development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Assist in the investigation of any operational incidents or breaches and contribute to the development of corrective action plans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology that could affect the exchange’s risk profile.
Assist in preparing training materials and conducting training sessions on risk management practices for internal teams to enhance awareness and understanding of risk issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
