Develop and execute our company’s strategic development plan, ensuring alignment between long-term goals and short-term operational plans
Oversee (investment promotion) activities, including formulating strategies, identifying potential partners, organizing negotiations, signing cooperation agreements, and tracking the progress of collaborative projects
Manage project tasks, including project initiation, resource allocation, progress monitoring, risk assessment, and problem-solving, to ensure projects are executed smoothly as planned
Monitor industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations and support to the company’s decision-makers.
Maintain close communication with other departments to coordinate resources and ensure cross-departmental alignment with strategic goals
Lead market research and data analysis efforts to provide data-driven support for the company’s strategic decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
Over 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, investment promotion, or project management, with a preference for candidates with successful case studies
Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills, with the ability to independently plan and implement complex projects
Familiarity with investment promotion policies and processes, coupled with extensive business negotiation experience and skills.
In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates, with keen insight into industry development trends
Excellent team management and organizational coordination abilities, capable of leading a team to collaborate efficiently; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with partners at various levels
Strong resilience and problem-solving abilities, capable of making quick decisions in a complex and changing market environment
