Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the trading platform and RWA / tokenized securities product lines, in direct alignment with company strategy set by the CSO and CEO.
Translate business objectives and market opportunities into clear product requirements, prioritised backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery and specification through delivery and iteration — working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure every product meets Hong Kong SFC regulatory requirements and institutional-grade standards from day one.
Bring traditional finance product expertise (trading, custody, settlement, tokenized securities, structured products) to the design of compliant, competitive digital asset offerings.
Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and continuously sharpen product positioning.
Define product metrics, track performance, and use data to drive prioritisation and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide product managers, establishing product management best practices across the team.
Requirements:
6+ years of product management experience, with a substantial track record in traditional financial institutions (bank, brokerage, asset management, exchange, or regulated fintech).
Deep understanding of financial products and market structure — trading, custody, settlement, securities, or structured products — and the regulatory environment that governs them.
Proven experience owning products end-to-end and leading cross-functional teams to deliver at pace.
Strong grasp of, or genuine interest in, digital assets, tokenization (RWA), and compliance in the Hong Kong market.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with C-level executives and translate strategy into execution.
Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Fluent in both English and Chinese; experience leading or mentoring product teams is a strong plus.
