We are looking for talents to join our product development team!  

Responsibilities: 

• Platform Engineering: Design and develop core functions for our financial services platform, building scalable infrastructure to support high-frequency digital asset trading.
• High-Performance Trading Systems: Establish and maintain a robust, concurrent trading engine capable of 7×24 uninterrupted operations with minimal latency.
• Data Protocol Implementation: Develop and optimize internal native protocols to process high-throughput, real-time market data.
• Compliance & Analytics: Implement complex batch reporting and data warehouse workflows to support regulatory compliance (SFC standards) and deep business intelligence.
• System Design & Documentation: Independently produce high-quality technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner actively with Product and Business Development teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and product features.

Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related Engineering field from a top-tier university.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional backend development experience, preferably within a large-scale internet company or financial institution.
• Core Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python and its asynchronous frameworks.
• Distributed Systems: Deep understanding of large-scale, high-performance distributed architectures.
• CS Fundamentals: Strong command of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and network programming (TCP/IP, WebSockets).
• Data Infrastructure: Proficient in data analysis frameworks and data warehouse processing; expert knowledge of Redis (Caching), Kafka (Message Queuing), and Elasticsearch (Search/Logging).
• Environment: Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments with a strong grasp of DevOps best practices.
