Responsibilities:

<li>Handle client instructions and inquiries</li>



<li>Liaise with front office, brokers and external parties to follow up settlement related issues</li>



<li>Familiarity to payment operations </li>



<li>Ensure all transactions are in full compliance with internal / external rules and regulations</li>



<li>Perform inward / outward remittance including data entry, document filing and record keeping if necessary</li>



<li>Escalate any issue to Team Manager’s attention in timely manner</li>



<li>Assist in system modification and responsible for UAT</li>



<li>Process Fiat and VA in / out transactions for clients and brokers</li>



<li>Manage in daily Fiat and VA reconciliation</li>
</ul>



Requirements:



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.</li>



<li>Over 2-3 years of relevant relevant experience in brokerage firms, banking or financial industry </li>



<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong sense of responsibility. </li>



<li>Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua </li>



<li>Willing to work on public holidays</li>



<li>Handling full set of settlement on Fiat and VA</li>



<li>Good knowledge in crypto operation </li>



<li>Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel</li>
