A tokenized fund product issued by Anchored Capital Ltd. Each token is structured as a trust receipt and provides economic exposure to common stock through shares of Public Stock SP, a segregated portfolio of Anchored Finance SPC. The structure uses a bare trust arrangement, with the issuer holding corresponding fund interests and minting or burning tokens based on subscriptions and redemptions. Holders receive economic benefits such as dividend pass-throughs, but they do not obtain direct legal ownership of shares or corporate voting rights. The product supports self-custody, redemption in stablecoins, and decentralized secondary transferability subject to the platform’s compliance framework. Investment Objectives: As per the Supplement to Private Offering Memorandum of the Underlying Fund (the “Supplement POM”), the investment objective is to provide investors with a high level of current income while preserving capital and maintaining liquidity by investing, for the account of each Sub-Portfolio, substantially all of its assets into the respective Underlying Asset. Investment Strategy: The Fund expects to achieve its investment objective by investing exclusively in equity securities that are listed on recognized stock exchanges in Hong Kong and the United States (each an Underlying Asset), and the Fund expects to invest exclusively in only one Underlying Asset in respect of each Sub-Portfolio or Class of Participating Shares. This sub-portfolio invests in Alphabet Inc. stock.
