The investment objective is to provide investors with synthetic economic exposure to the performance of the Underlying Asset/Fund through a structured note format. The Notes aim to offer investors a digitally native instrument under the structured note programme, combining blockchain‑based issuance and settlement with traditional legal enforceability.
The investment strategy involves allocating to a diversified portfolio of USD-denominated money market instruments, including repurchase agreements, commercial paper, interest-bearing commercial paper, fixed and floating rate certificates of deposit, and time deposits, maintaining a weighted average maturity (WAM) of 35 days and weighted average life (WAL) of 62 days to support liquidity and capital stability. Eligible investments include securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. Government or its agencies, certificates of deposit, bankers' acceptances, asset-backed securities, high-quality commercial paper, and short-term corporate obligations (e.g., bonds, debentures, notes with floating/variable rates).
