Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design process — user research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI — across web and mobile.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex financial and trading workflows (order flows, portfolio, custody, RWA / tokenized securities), balancing usability with the accuracy and trust that financial products demand.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into shippable designs, and see them through to pixel-perfect delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate and iterate on designs.
• Uphold and elevate the visual and brand identity across every product touchpoint.
• Contribute to design strategy and mentor junior designers, raising the design bar across the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products — experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or financial platforms strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design for complex, data-dense products and simplify them into clear, usable interfaces.
• Expert in modern design tools (Figma) and experienced in building and maintaining design systems.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, responsive/mobile design, and accessibility.
• Strong understanding of how design collaborates with front-end engineering; familiarity with design-to-code handoff.
• A strong interest in digital assets, trading, and FinTech, with the ability to quickly grasp complex domain concepts.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
